ULI Young Leaders and Next group members met up at Va Bene Cicchetti in Warsaw to chat, look back at the summer and connect.
Urban Land Institute is a global non-profit organization dedicated to shaping the future of the built environment, and now it’s making its mark in the Czech Republic. The ULI Czech Pre-Launch was held in mid-September and gathered some of the most influential figures in the real estate and land use industry in the Czech Republic.
Big thank you to Radek Kucera, the Founding Partner of ULI Czech, the founder of Grafton Property Partners, for organizing this inspiring event.
The programme was very interesting comprising both of networking and presentations and discussions.
First, Zdenek Tuma, the former Governor of Czech National Bank and a current Chairman of CSOB Supervisory Board, shared valuable insights into the macroeconomic outlook in a real estate context in the Czech Republic.
Then, Dorota Wysokinska-Kuzdra, ULI Global Governing Trustee, who is also a Senior Partner at Colliers, together with Radek Kucera, provided an introduction to “ULI in CEE” and ULI Czech plans of events.
To close the content part, Ondrej Chybik, the founding partner of CHYBIK+KRISTOF and founding member of the ULI Czech Inaugural Committee, together with Jan Rezab, the founding partner of JRD Group, engaged in a thought-provoking conversation about the vision for sustainable real estate development in the Czech Republic.
The discussions and presentations were enlightening, and it’s evident that ULI Czech is poised to drive positive change in the local real estate and land use industry.
Networking after the presentations was a great opportunity to connect with fellow professionals and exchange ideas.
The future of real estate development in the Czech Republic and ULI Czech’s journey ahead look very promising.
