To apply as a mentee, you must be a member of the ULI Young Leaders Group (under 35 years old) for the entire duration of the program (from January 2026 to November 2026).

ULI Poland Mentorship Programme is 1-to-1 mentoring programme that brings together experienced ULI members with a new generation of industry leaders. It provides mentees with a unique opportunity to discuss relevant issues related to real estate and professional development with a senior and established member of ULI in a confidential setting.

The Programme is addressed to ULI members where the most experienced members of ULI Poland – MENTORS – hold a series of six (6) meetings with those who are at the start of their careers in the real estate market – MENTEES.

We’ve already had six editions of the ULI Poland Mentorship Programme and they all were very successful and popular.

To participate in the programme you need to have an active ULI membership throughout the whole duration of the programme.
