The mission of the ULI Poland Mentorship Programme is to foster collaboration between members and exchange of professional ideas, career experience and industry expertise among young real estate professionals and the most experienced members of ULI.
The application process for the second, 2020-2021 edition of the ULI Poland Mentorship Programme, has been closed. The next application process is planned for September 2021.
The Programme is addressed to ULI members where the most experienced members of ULI Poland – MENTORS – hold a series of meetings with those who are at the start of their careers in the real estate market – MENTEES. Mentees are selected from ULI Young Leaders Group, under the age of 35.
This 1-to-1 mentoring programme brings together experienced ULI members with a new generation of industry leaders with up to six private meetings.
It provides ULI Young Leader members with a unique opportunity to discuss relevant issues related to real estate, as well as providing an opportunity for professional development, with an established member of ULI in a confidential and intimate setting.
The programme starts with a short training for all mentors and mentees (separate training) and then a mentor is assigned to each Young Leader participant. Mentees receive contact details and then propose the date of the first meeting.
The first edition of the ULI Poland Mentorship Programme was very successful.
In the Feedback Survey after the completion of the programme, 100% of mentees answered that the mentoring programme was valuable and they personally benefited from the experience. 100% of responders also said they would participate in a programme again or recommended it to a friend.
