This is 1-to-1 mentoring programme that brings together experienced ULI members with a new generation of industry leaders. It provides mentees with a unique opportunity to discuss relevant issues related to real estate and professional development with a senior and established member of ULI in a confidential setting.

The Programme is addressed to ULI members where the most experienced members of ULI Poland – MENTORS – hold a series of six (6) meetings with those who are at the start of their careers in the real estate market – MENTEES.

We’ve already had five editions of the ULI Poland Mentorship Programme and they all were very successful and popular.

APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED FOR 2025 EDITION OF THE MENTORHIP PROGRAMME.

The next edition will be annonced in December 2025

To participate in the programme you need to have an active ULI membership throughout the whole duration of the programme.
