ULI’s Young Leaders programme is open to all real estate professionals under the age of 35 and provides professionals in the early stages of their career with a unique forum to network with their peers, gain exposure to senior industry professionals and continue their professional education and development.
ULI has over 700 actively engaged Young Leaders based across Europe, who regularly participate in a broad range of events from lunch-and-learn meetings and networking receptions to cross-border study tours and an annual summer school.
Membership for young leaders starts from as little as €142 per year (or €11.84 per month) and offers discounted prices to all of ULI’s events.

Michal’s professional career spans a wide range of roles and industries which is why he favours out of the box, top-down approach to problem solving and thoroughly enjoys learning new concepts as well as sharing knowledge and exchanging insights with others.
After completing his graduate scheme with one of the Big 4 firms in the UK where he specialised in financial audit of oil and gas companies, Michal gained transactional experience working on a variety of buy side and sell side assignments covering financial services sector in the Corporate Finance department of GT UK LLP in London.
Mchal’s next role was with London-based private equity fund and introduced him to the world of real estate across residential, commercial and alternative investments in the UK, US and continental Europe.
Before returning to Poland and joining Globalworth in May 2018, Michal took a career break spending 4 months traveling solo around Southeast Asia.
Michal graduated with MA in Economics from the University of Aberdeen, qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC UK and holds Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation.
