I currently manage operations of the Polish office of Savills Investment Management and am responsible for business development and execution of strategies of global real estate investors in Poland and CEE. I also have pan-Euro investment exposure in my roles as a member of Savills IM European Investment and ESG Committees. I have joined Savills IM in 2017 with the opening of the Warsaw office. Since then, the Polish business of Savills IM grew to €1.8 bn AUM and 9 professionals in less than five years, establishing Savills IM as one of the leading investment managers in the country. I have 19 years of experience in the real estate sector, encompassing capital markets and transactions, asset management, property finance, risk management, and advisory. Throughout my career, I have been involved in c €900 million of real estate transactions on behalf of institutional and private equity investors. I have also overseen the performance of € 2.5 billion of assets across office, retail, logistics, and residential sectors with risk profiles ranging from core to value add. Before joining Savills IM, I have held various investment and asset management positions in Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, BlackRock, and CA Immo.
