Michał joined Colliers in 2021 as Director, Head of Living Services. His responsibilities include the creation and delivery of residential real estate services - from advising and supporting the development and delivery of projects in the living sector (including rental apartments, dormitories, seniors homes, but also apartments for sale), through business generation and transactions, to asset management, including leasing and sales on behalf of investors and developers. Michał has several years of experience in the residential real estate industry, both built for sale and built for rent. Prior to joining Colliers he worked, among others, as Partner, Business Development Director at Platinum Group, the largest serviced apartment operator on the market. Previously, as a member of the management boards of Skanska Residential Development Poland and Atlas Estates, he was responsible for the process of acquisition and preparation of new residential investments, close cooperation with the development departments in design, managed sales, marketing and after-sales service departments. The teams he managed delivered to the market over 7000 new apartments and commercial premises. In addition, for 5 years Michał has been a lecturer at the Postgraduate Studies at the University of Gdansk "Managing Real Estate and Development Projects" teaching courses in the field of Development Activities and Residential Property Management.
