    My professional experience includes representation of investors in matters related to real estate transactions such as site acquisition and disposal, construction matters, green field investments, as well as development and commercialization as well as complex forward transactions of office and retail investments throughout Poland. I advise developers on legal aspects of construction, commercialization and sale.

    Marcin Medrzecki

    Director, Colliers Poland sp. z o.o.

    Marcin Mędrzecki is a Director in the Investment Services Department. He is responsible for the acquisition or sale processes of office and warehouse assets with a history of investment transactions exceeding €2 billion and over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate market in Poland. Marcin has played an important role in finalizing a number of significant investment transactions involving single assets and real estate portfolios for clients such as Skanska, Echo Investment SA, Generali, 7R SA, Wood & Company, Stena, Invesco, Vastint, Union Investment, KGAL. Marcin joined Colliers International in 2009 as Director of Asset Management. Since 2012, he has been associated with the Investment Services Department. He has a legal education. Prior to joining Colliers, Marcin worked at Norblin Group and Europolis Real Estate Asset Management, where he was responsible for managing their real estate portfolios, including asset management, reporting and lease negotiations.

    Izabela Disterheft

    Regional Director, Colliers Poland sp. z o.o.

    Izabela Disterheft joined Colliers in 2022 as Regional Director in Gdansk. She is responsible for business development and building new Colliers business lines on the Tricity market. Izabela has almost 20 years of experience across business development, property sales & lease and property management, which perfectly fits the Colliers strategy of expanding the scope of advisory services "Beyond Real Estate". Before joining Colliers, Izabela worked as New Business Manager at Partners International Premium Real Estate Agency, CEO of Interizon Foundation – the biggest Polish ICT Cluster and General Director of Gdańsk Science & Technology Park. She was responsible for building business relationships, leading teams of industry experts, managing EU projects and building the market position of the organisations she worked for. Izabela is also active in the academic world as a consultant for business and community relations at the University of Gdansk.

    Szymon Zdunczyk

    Managing Director/Board Member, Karimpol Polska Sp. z o.o.

    Szymon Zduńczyk is a manager with 13 years of experience. He joined Karimpol Polska five years ago and most recently held the role of Executive Director. His responsibilities includes project management, site supervision, technical and ESG aspects of the company's investment projects. He is also overseeing the entire construction process of Skyliner II. Mr Zduńczyk has extensive experience in cost control, organization of execution processes, and supervision of subcontractors. His track record includes successfully managing commercial projects with a value in excess of €100 million. He has engineering background. In the past years he has successfully led and managed multidisciplinary projects providing technical advisory for government authorities and private investors responsible for roads and real estate in Poland and abroad, like ILF, Egis, AECOM. He also has experience of establishing client/user requirements, cost control, and in organizing and managing execution process including supervision over subcontractors. Szymon Zduńczyk graduated from Warsaw University of Technology and Military University of Technology, MUT in Warsaw.
