Navigating living real estate in times of investment market downturn

The Polish living sector has strong fundamentals. Both residential for sale and any forms of the rental market, whether build to rent (BTR), the broader private rental sector (PRS), co-living or modern purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are in a very good shape. Operational performance is very satisfying and occupancy is high. Bank financing is available and interest rates are likely to decrease in the near future. However, where is the capital coming from? Who will be the buyer? Could Polish REIT structures be a potential exit for current players? How to create value today without knowing the future.

This and many other aspects of operational capital markets of different living forms will be discussed during the next Urban Living Product Council.

     Agenda:
    12.00-12.45 Networking lunch
    12.45-13.00 Opening by co-chairs
13.00-13.15 Current market overview – Michal Witkowski, Head of Living Services, Colliers
