During the last Happy HOUR series, ULI Poland Young Leaders discussed the utterly popular topic of PRS (Private Rented Sector) investments in Poland. There was a heated discussion about the potential of this asset class in Poland under current circumstances.
An advocate in the Real Estate department of Allen & Overy’s Warsaw office MAŁGORZATA JASTRZĘBSKA provided us with vital information on legal issues connected with the market as well as the draft law that might support the industry growth in the future.
An Investment Associate at Livup / Aurec Capital ADAM WILGUS briefly discussed investors options on the market and tenants’ ability to pay inflated rents.
The discussion around how the market will react to the current economic turmoil, couldn’t come to an end.
Afterwards, the drinks and snacks in a friendly atmosphere in beautifully designed and elegant Allen & Overy event space, was what the rest of the evening was spent on.
We hope that the event brought not only a good dose of knowledge and inspiration but was also a great opportunity for new encounters within the industry.
