Last week during Happy Hour, ULI Poland Young Leader members had a unique opportunity to get to know and discuss one of the most, if not the most impactful project in Warsaw – the 15-minute city to be build on the grounds of the old FSO factory in Zeran.

The conversation around what seems an extremely demanding, forward-looking project, has in fact revealed fascinating trends and ideas for the future – all of which based on a zero-carbon economy (zero waste, zero dirt energy, no cars etc.)

Karolina Kaim has managed to captivate everyone’s attention for over an hour after which the dynamic discussion couldn’t nor wanted to be easily finished.

All of the guests were covid-vaccine checked, which allowed for a relaxed and informal atmosphere in a modern office space on the ground floor of the Cosmopolitan.

We hope that the event brought not only a good dose of knowledge and inspiration but was also a great opportunity for new encounters within the industry.

Once the Omicron wave is over, we’re looking forward to more events like this!
