    ULI Poland Urban Supply Chain Product Council will meet during the upcoming ULI Poland Product Councils Day that will take place on 25 October 2023.

    • Co-Chairs of the ULI Poland Urban Supply Chain Product Council are:
      - ANNA DUCHNOWSKA - Managing Director - Investment Management, Europe, Invesco Real Estate
      - SOREN OLSEN - Head of Logicenters Poland at Nrep; ULI Poland Executive Committee Member

    The main theme of the meeting will be:
    ESG temperature check – how long is the road to seeing the actual impact?

    To participate in a meeting you need to be a member of ULI and a member of the Urban Supply Chain Product Council.
     

    Product Councils play a key role in furthering ULI mission locally and internationally. ULI Poland currently has four Product Councils, each focusing on a specific sector of the real estate industry:

    · ESG PRODUCT COUNCIL (sustainability, circularity, diversity, inclusion)

    · URBAN DESTINATIONS (mixed-use, office, placemaking, community)

    · URBAN LIVING (residential, PRS, coliving, affordability)

    · URBAN SUPPLY CHAIN (retail and logistics)

    You can belong only to one of the above Product Councils. The councils meet twice per year to debate issues and discuss trends in a confidential and collaborative environment, as well as undertaking a range of other thought leadership initiatives throughout the rest of the year.

    • There is a short application process. Please send a short bio to [email protected] with indication to which Product Council you would like to apply to. The request, together with the bio is sent to Co-Chairs of a given Product Council who make the final decision.

    Anna Duchnowska

    Managing Director - Investment Management, Invesco Real Estate

    Anna Duchnowska, Managing Director- Investment Management Europe. Member of the European Executive Committee, . Responsible for overall investment management of ca 14 billion EUR of AUM , +170 properties in 13 European countries; managing a team of +30 investment managers located in 7 offices across Europe . Anna has +20 years of professional experience, with the focus on investment management, ESG, real estate transactions , leasing and finance. Prior to joining IRE, Anna worked for Colliers International Poland, AIB Polonia Property Fund and KPMG. She holds a Master of Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota. Anna is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountants (FCCA) and a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

    In general - advisory within sustainable real estate and ESG In more detail, my knowledge and scope of responsibilities are within: Managing processes related to ESG and EU Sustainable Financing Directives; Preparing and supervising documents like: ESG strategies, ESG Due Diligence, EU Taxonomy screening; Project management for sustainability advisory services; Creating policies and plans for sustainable business; Educating Clients and Colliers team on ESG; Coordination of ESG related services: LEED, LEED EB:OM certification, Climate risks, Transition risks; Reporting in GRESB, GRI, SDGs, UN Global Compact, SBTi, etc; Advisory on energy efficient solutions in terms of EU requirements, like Net-Zero according to CRREM EU tool;

    I'm a mentor and executive investment & business development director, multilingual, MBA, RICS, ULI. I'm highly experienced in transactions, asset management, advisory, and strategic management within private equity, corporate real estate and financial services. My key achievements include landmark real estate disposals and acquisitions as well as strategic advisory to global investment funds and developers. In financial services I have managed large-scale change programs in with realization of substantial cost reductions, set-up of finance/asset management functions. Skills: capital markets (sales & acquisitions), real estate asset mgmt., real estate investment advisory, real estate brokerage, leasing, post-merger projects, cost optimization, controlling, finance & budget mgmt., change mgmt., business continuity, management advisory.
