ULI Poland Post Expo Real discussion with Experts – Market Sentiment and Outlook
Join us for another Young Leaders' Happy Hour for an Expo Real debrief and discussion about market sentiment and outlook. This time our guests will be Anna Szelc, Director, Investment Management at Invesco Real Estate and Przemyslaw Felicki, Head of Investment Properties at CBRE Poland. Discussion will be moderated by Jan Kowalski, Head of Development Poland, Senior Investment Manager Central Europe, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and member of ULI Poland Young Leaders' Committee.

Przemysław Felicki
Head of Investment Properties, CBRE, Inc.
Przemysław Felicki is the Head of Investment Properties Team in Poland, and is focused on office, retail and industrial sectors. He has over 20 years of experience in investment and valuation in Poland. He started his professional career with Ernst & Young in the real estate advisory department before moving to Knight Frank to join the valuation and investment team. He has joined the Investment Properties department at CBRE Poland in April 2011. Since moving to CBRE Przemysław was involved in number of the largest transactions in Poland.
Anna Szelc
Invesco Real Estate
Anna Szelc is a Director of Investment Management in Poland at Invesco Real Estate. She is responsible for asset management of portfolio totaling ca 1.4 billion EUR. Anna is also in charge of identifying initiatives to maximize performance, implementing ESG strategy in Poland and business development. Anna began her professional career in 2004 and joined Invesco Real Estate in 2021, heading the Investment Management in Poland and being responsible for business development and asset management of the portfolio of local assets in Poland. Prior to joining Invesco, Anna worked for companies like Breevast and Azora and was representing the company in Poland and Czech Republic. Anna has professional experience in asset management, investment, leasing and law within the CEE and Polish property markets. Anna earned a Master of Law degree from the Jagiellonian University of Cracow and she is a member of the Bar of Advocates. She has completed various real estate courses.
