On 10th December, ULI Poland hosted the Young Leaders Happy Hour, focusing on Scandinavian Perspectives on Investment in Poland and the CEE.
The discussion provided valuable insights into how Scandinavian investors view opportunities in Poland and what drives their decision-making processes.
Roger Andersson, representing Vastint Poland, provided an in-depth look at the company’s foundation-owned, long-term investment approach. He explained how this strategy enables Vastint to deliver sustainable, high-quality real estate projects that go beyond functionality to create vibrant, mixed-use environments across Poland.
Emil Holmström from Eastnine emphasized the company’s focus on prime office properties in dynamic cities across Central and Eastern Europe. He highlighted Eastnine’s dedication to sustainability and transparency, as well as the importance of cultivating strong, lasting relationships with international tenants.
Finally, Soren Rodian Olsen, MRICS, representing Urban Partners, discussed the firm’s unique story and strategic vision. He outlined how Urban Partners leverages its cross-border platform and strategic partnerships to identify and unlock value in Poland’s logistics and residential sectors. Olsen’s perspective underscored the role of innovative investment structures in driving growth and creating opportunities in these high-potential markets.
The discussion, moderated by Weronika Guerquin-Koryzma (Baker McKenzie), delved into key aspects shaping Scandinavian investment in Poland. The panel examined why Poland stands out compared to other markets, identifying its unique advantages and growth potential.
