The visit began at Look Up, the event space on the 42nd floor of Skyliner I, where Michał Orłowski, Head of Leasing & Asset Management at Karimpol Polska, introduced the group to the project’s vision and sustainability features.

Skyliner I offers 49,000 sq.m of leasable space and holds a BREEAM Excellent certification. Its sister tower, Skyliner II, currently under construction, will add 24,000 sq.m and has already achieved the prestigious BREEAM New Construction Outstanding rating.

Participants also toured the Skyliner II construction site, guided by Michał Główka, Construction Manager at WARBUD S.A., gaining insights into the building process and future milestones.
