ULI NEXT members took a tour of a co-living project from NREP – Noli Studios and student housing Student Depot Wilanowska. The tour was led by Marta Karteczka Head of Operations, Serviced Living Poland at NREP and Michal Obara Managing Director at Student Depot.

Participants had a unique opportunity to see the buildings in operation and discuss their questions with senior managers. The tour was followed by a brief discussion on the pros and cons of various residential concepts from an investment and operational perspective with leading industry experts, followed by a presentation by Michal Pastor Associate Director at CBRE.

We would like to thank NREP (Urban Partners) and Student Depot for showing us their newly opened projects.

We hope that the event not only brought a good dose of knowledge and inspiration, but was also a great opportunity to make new friends in the industry.
