ULI’s NEXT programme is open to all real estate professionals between the age of 35 and 45 to foster leadership opportunities within ULI and the real estate industry more broadly. NEXT provides excellent opportunities to connect and elevate its members to become the next generation of industry leaders.
ULI NEXT is both an educational and a network building group. It gives opportunities for leadership development with a strong focus on innovation and cross-border collaboration.
ULI NEXT provides a forum to debate on topics that have an impact on the real estate industry and future trends a platform to build lasting relationships amongst peers, with ULI European and Global leadership, and throughout the ULI network.
ULI NEXT is active in 8 countries in Europe, with few national councils working on starting the programme. Poland is one of them.
