ULI Poland YL Varso Tower Visit with Foster & Partners
It's free, members exclusive event for ULI Young Leaders (members under 35 years of age).
We invite ULI Young Leaders members for a site tour of Varso Tower with the project architects from Foster & Partners, represented by Krzysztof Górnicki.
We will be joined by a group of students from University of California, Berkeley doing their masters in Real Estate Development and Design.
At 310 meters, Varso Tower is the tallest building in the
European Union with an area of 70,000 sq m spread over 53 floors developed by HB Reavis. At the top
there is a panoramic terrace and a restaurant.
HB Reavis is an European office developer with projects in UK, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. They have delivered over 1,5 mln sqm of unique workplaces increasing, productivity and wellbeing with people-centric approach.
Varso Tower was desigined by the award-winning studio Foster & Partners. Founded by Norman Foster in 1967, it is now a global operation specialised in sustainable architecture, urban planning solutions and industrial design.
During the meeting, Krzysztof Górnicki (Foster & Partners) will give us a tour around the building, while sharing stories and insights from the process of creating of the tallest building in European Union.
