ULI Poland & PwC: Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2026. Focus on Poland

Join us for the presentation of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Europe 2026 report by Urban Land Institute and PwC with a special focus on Poland, where experts will present and discuss the key challenges and opportunities facing the European real estate sector.

The European real estate market is entering a more pragmatic phase. After years of optimism, investors are navigating economic uncertainty, geopolitical tensions, and a redefined value proposition for real estate amid growing competition from infrastructure. In Poland, ESG remains a priority, though strategies are being adjusted to new realities. Digitalisation is accelerating, with artificial intelligence increasingly shaping investment and asset management processes.
The Emerging Trends in Real Estate® report – produced by PwC and ULI – highlights the latest investment outlook, development trends, and capital market shifts. Poland stands out as a market with solid fundamentals and long-term potential, particularly in sectors resilient to economic fluctuations.

I am the leader of the Real Estate Sector at PwC and I head a group of economic experts who support clients in legal actions across all sectors. As for the Real Estate sector, we specialise in transaction advisory services: financial and commercial due diligence and trading account review. What our clients particularly appreciate about us is our ability to take a holistic view of the transaction process and identify risks associated with the transaction object and assess long-term property features which affect the property value. We are also busy growing our M&A section and we can already boast first successful achievements as we can find a way to drive the value of complex properties, we understand financial statements and we sell companies and investment platforms rather than just individual properties. We work closely with the team responsible for BPO and help our clients identify all space available. Our team includes GeoAnalytics specialists who can characterise any location in Poland, accurate to dozens of meters. The spatial models they create indicate optimum locations for any type of investment project or business activity, from real estate to retail, banking to public investment projects. I am an expert and mediator registered with the Regional Court in Warsaw. As the Commercial Disputes Team, we provide support to clients in disputes across all sectors, with a special focus on transaction disputes. We assist our clients with commercial disputes pending before international arbitration courts or before common courts of law in Poland. I am a Management Board Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is a Certified Internal Auditor. Privately, I am a mom of adorable two: a 14-year-old avid skier boy and a 5-year-old future skier girl, and my other true passion, in addition to skiing,
