    Dominika Telega-Bałdyga

    Marketing Director Warsaw Brewery, Echo Investment S.A.

    Marketing expert for Echo Investment’s destination projects. Dominika was responsible for the strategy and execution of the opening of Warsaw Breweries, the flagship destination project in Echo Investment's portfolio. With extensive experience in HoReCa sector, she has carried out projects in Poland and abroad, including working for S.Pellegrino, Nespresso, Żywiec Zdrój, Lexus and international tourist organizations.

    Karolina Prędota-Krystek

    Head of F&B, Echo Investment S.A.

    Head of Food & Beverage at Echo Investment, responsible for the F&B leasing strategy of Echo Investment's flagship investments: multi-functional, city-forming projects such as Warsaw Breweries, Fuzja in Łódź or Towarowa 22 in Warsaw. She is a part of Echo Investment since 2010. Prior to taking over the F&B team, she oversaw tenant-mix development of the company’s shopping and entertainment centres.

    Tomasz Aleszczyk

    Tomasz Aleszczyk has been involved in the commercial property industry for 12 years. Currently, Tomasz works as Head of Investor Relations at Echo Investment. Previously, he worked for Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, Colliers International and Axi Immo. Tomasz graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and Poznan University of Economics, he also holds an MBA from IESE Business School. Member of ULI since 2009.

    Karolina Kaim

    CEO, Blueprint Group Sp z oo

    She is an architect by education, a native of Warsaw with a passion for cities. Expert with 30 years of experience, co-created the Warsaw commercial real estate market. For several years has been setting trends in luxury residential segment. She also has unique competences in hospitality & leisure sector. Within Blueprint Group, as CEO, she supports investors from the planning and formal-administrative side, maximizing the potential of their real estate. The scale of implemented projects ranges from small apartment buildings to high-rise buildings and a unique urban concept on 62ha of former FSO land. She is the creator of the High Level Sales & Marketing brand, which defines the premium real estate market in Poland for the most demanding clients. From December 2014 to November 2020, she served as the President of the Management Board of Tacit Investment. She was responsible for the sales success of the Cosmopolitan apartment building, as well as exclusive hotel projects: The Bridge Wrocław and Nobu Hotel Warsaw and the unique educational facility Akademeia High School. Earlier, for 15 years she built and managed Platan Group. Between 1991 and 1999 she created the foundations of Jones Lang LaSalle on the Polish market and took part in the management of the company. She is a member of the Executive Committee of ULI (Urban Land Institute in Poland). Since 2021, member of the Jury of ULI Europe Awards for Excellence. Ambassador of the White Star Foundation.
