    PRODUCT COUNCIL: URBAN LIVING - old, new and incoming concepts on residential market

    Urban Living Product Council is an in-person meeting with presentations and discussions for members and guests on old, new and incoming concepts on residential market. The host of the meeting is DWF Poland.

    PRS is booming in CEE. In particular Polish market has seen spectacular transactions in previous months. Many more are to be announced. What is needed by investors and what can be delivered by developers? What is the perfect post-covid, future-proof project? How to find tomorrows needs with todays knowledge?

    Joanna Wojnarowska

    DWF Poland Jamka sp.k.

    My professional experience includes representation of investors in matters related to real estate transactions such as site acquisition and disposal, construction matters, green field investments, as well as development and commercialization as well as complex forward transactions of office and retail investments throughout Poland. I advise developers on legal aspects of construction, commercialization and sale.

    Konrad Plochocki

    PZFD

    General Director of the Polish Association of Developers. Legal Counsel. He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in Real Estate Market and Mortgage Banking. He worked in international law firms and institutions related to the real estate market. He participated in numerous legislative processes, including the creation of the so-called the development act. He is the author of press publications in the field of land and mortgage registers, mortgage and developer law, and a speaker at seminars and training courses on Polish real estate law, mortgage and real estate financing. Lecturer at Postgraduate Management Studies for Developers co-organized by PZFD and the Warsaw School of Economics. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the European Union of Developers and House Builders, the BIAC Economic Committee at the OECD and the executive committee of the Urban Land Institute Poland. He has the licenses of receiver and real estate broker.

    Thomas Beyerle

    Head of Group Research, Catella Real Estate AG

    Thomas Beyerle is the Managing Director of Catella Property Valuation GmbH as well as the Head of Group Research for the Catella group. At the Biberach University of Applied Sciences he holds a chair in real estate research. Thomas, Phd and graduated geographer, studied geography and business management at the universities of Stuttgart and Mannheim. Over the past 24 years he has held several management positions in real estate companies, including Dresdner Bank, DEGI, Aberdeen Property Investors & IVG Immobilien AG. Furthermore, he is a speaker at renowned real-estate congresses and author of numerous articles and textbooks. He is voluntarily involved with the ZIA Zentraler Immobilienausschuss, the ULI Urban Land Institute and gif Gesellschaft für immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung, of which he has been president since 5/2021.
