Ewelina Kałużna
Ewelina has over 20 years of experience in the commercial office real estate industry.
From 2021, Ewelina combines two roles in the Skanska Group, she is the Managing Director of Business Link and the Head of the Strategic Workplace Advisory at Skanska in Central and Eastern Europe.
Previously, for six years she worked in the Skanska Office Unit as the Director of the Leasing and Asset Management Department, managing a team of over 20 people present in seven markets in Poland - Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Gdańsk, Poznań, Łódź and Katowice. She supervised the development and implementation of the strategy for the lease of commercial space provided by Skanska and, as a member of the management board, was responsible for the organization's strategy in Poland.
Before joining Skanska, she had experience in real estate consulting, working as a director in the Office Agency Department, the Landlord Representation Department in Colliers International and in JLL as an Associated Director, always responsible for implementing comprehensive strategies for office buildings.
Ewelina is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. She passed the RICS, CCIM and LEED Green Associate exams. She is a speaker at many local and international real estate events. She actively supports young women in their careers in the real estate market. Mentor in Top Woman in Real Estate organization.
