    Mateusz Brzeziński holds the position of Head of Automation EMEA at Cushman & Wakefield and leads the Business Intelligence team for CEE & Nordics. Mateusz also manages the Warsaw-based EMEA Analytics Tech Hub, a strategic center of excellence that supports the region in advanced data analytics, automation and AI. Mateusz has over 14 years of experience in digital transformation, analytics, marketing, innovation, and digital strategy. In this role, Mateusz is developing automation initiatives across EMEA, and implementing technology trends into practical solutions for internal teams and external clients.

    Jan is a Business Development & Insights Manager at Asset Services Team at Cushman & Wakefield. He has been leading business development initiatives and strategic advisory efforts, focusing on supporting client growth across Poland and the CEE region. His responsibilities include managing client relationships, leading sales processes and advising clients on market trends and their impact on the commercial real estate sector. Jan has over twelve years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

    Senior Analyst, Strategic Consulting & Research, Cushman & Wakefield Polska Sp. z o.o.

    Ewelina has 7 years of experience in the real estate market. She is currently involved mainly in the retail and office sectors. She has participated in projects such as feasibility studies, highest & best use analyses, development opportunities, and market research. She is an author of a number of C&W publications and reports (including Trends Radar), both publicly available and for internal clients. Ewelina graduated with a master's degree in engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology in the field of Geodesy and Cartography. She also completed postgraduate studies in real estate valuation.
