    On October 16 we will again gather once at the POST EXPO REAL TALKS with a leading title ‘Framing Opportunities for Future Investment’, an industry event which we have the pleasure of organizing together with the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate PINK. 

    This will be a great opportunity to talk over a glass of wine about the latest analysis on key changes and trends in the commercial real estate market and to listen to the panel discussion. 

    The evening will begin with a presentation titled “Key Takeaways from EXPO REAL 2025”, delivered by Marek Paczuski, Senior Director of Investment Services at Colliers, who will share insights gathered during the international property and investment fair in Munich.

    Following the presentation, a panel discussion “From the Buzz of EXPO REAL to the Blueprint of What’s Next” will bring together leading industry voices: Szymon Zduńczyk, Managing Director at Karimpol, Tomasz Tondera, Country Manager at Adventum Property Services, Magdalena Uler-Kłeczek, Chief Investment Officer at 7R SA and Piotr Fijołek, Co-Managing Partner at Griffin Capital Partners.
    The conversation will be moderated by Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra, Senior Partner at Colliers.

    Magdalena Uler-Kłeczek

    Chief Investment Officer, 7R SA

    Magdalena Uler-Kłeczek is a Board Member and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at 7R, where she also leads the Capital Markets team. In her role on the Management Board, Magda focuses on shaping the company's strategic direction, providing crucial input to ensure 7R's continued growth and success. She is involvement in strategic planning to help position 7R to seize new opportunities and strengthen its market position. As CIO she is responsible for securing equity financing for 7R's logistics development projects, managing relationships with investors, and overseeing the disposal of existing assets. Since joining 7R in April 2023, she has led disposals amounting to approximately EUR 100 million and secured equity partners for several projects in Poland and Czechia, totalling over EUR 100 million. Magdalena has more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate. Before joining 7R, she spent 11 years at top advisory firms JLL and Colliers, focusing on the logistics and office sectors and advising on deals totalling over €2.5 billion. She was named the 2024 CEEQA Rising Star Industry Professional.

    Szymon Zdunczyk

    Managing Director/Board Member, Karimpol Polska Sp. z o.o.

    Szymon Zduńczyk is a manager with 13 years of experience. He joined Karimpol Polska five years ago and most recently held the role of Executive Director. His responsibilities includes project management, site supervision, technical and ESG aspects of the company's investment projects. He is also overseeing the entire construction process of Skyliner II. Mr Zduńczyk has extensive experience in cost control, organization of execution processes, and supervision of subcontractors. His track record includes successfully managing commercial projects with a value in excess of €100 million. He has engineering background. In the past years he has successfully led and managed multidisciplinary projects providing technical advisory for government authorities and private investors responsible for roads and real estate in Poland and abroad, like ILF, Egis, AECOM. He also has experience of establishing client/user requirements, cost control, and in organizing and managing execution process including supervision over subcontractors. Szymon Zduńczyk graduated from Warsaw University of Technology and Military University of Technology, MUT in Warsaw.

    Dorota Wysokinska-Kuzdra

    Senior Partner, Colliers Poland sp. z o.o.

    Dorota joined Colliers in 2018 as Director and Senior Partner, Head of Corporate Finance and Living Services for CEE. She leads a team of real estate professionals with proven experience gained in private equity and investment banking as well as broader living sector. Dorota is responsible for comprehensive financial advisory, including debt financing, mezzanine financing, raising capital and gaining capital partners, and offering support in acquiring companies and entering the stock exchange. Heading living services department, she specializes in advisory, transactions and operations targeting apartments for sale (Built To Sell), flats for rent (Built To Rent) private dormitories (PBSA), co-living, senior living, micro apartments, serviced apartments and other types of housing schemes. Under Dorota’s leadership Colliers was part of all major living and equity transactions in Poland and CEE. Before joining Colliers International, Dorota Wysokinska-Kuzdra spent 11 years as Senior Partner at Griffin Real Estate, where she was responsible for the Group’s management and investments, and for the first mezzanine fund operating in Poland. Recently, she has been involved in the creation of a logistics platform co-managed by Griffin. Earlier, as CEO at Griffin Premium RE, the first REIT fund, she successfully launched the fund on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. She was a member of the team responsible for acquiring shares in Echo Investment SA, one of the biggest transactions on the Polish real estate market, in which she was responsible for due diligence and financing the acquisition. Before joining Griffin, for over 10 years, she held director positions in the HypoVereinsbank / UniCredit Group, and in their subsidiaries, monitoring real estate investment banking and managing real estate. Dorota Wysokinska-Kuzdra has graduated from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, the University of Cologne and the University of Duisburg-Essen. Dorota was chairperson in the Polish branch of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) between 2018-2021 – the international non-profit organisation that supports responsible planning and developing of cities, which functions as a platform of knowledge exchange between experts and participants in the real estate market, both in Poland and abroad. In 2020, in addition to the Polish role, she has been elected to join the Executive Committee of ULI Europe and is now creating ULI CEE HUB. She is a Global Governing Trustee for ULI Global.

    Piotr Fijolek

    Co-Managing Partner, Griffin Capital Partners Sp. z o.o

    Piotr Fijołek is a top Merger & Acquisition expert with over 18 years of operational experience exclusively dedicated to real estate and private equity. Piotr has, from the beginning of his professional career, been associated with Griffin. His track record contains more than 100 successful transactions, with a total volume exceeding EUR 4bn. For almost two decades, he has orchestrated several of Griffin’s flagship projects, including, among others, the takeover of the so-called M1 portfolio and the acquisition of a majority stake in Murapol, a leading Polish residential developer, which he is currently overseeing as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board. In addition to this, in his capacity as Co-Managing Partner, Piotr’s key role is also asset management. He currently heads several investment platforms, including Murapol, Horse, and Stokado, which have a GAV of over EUR 1bn. He is also actively involved in Griffin’s expansion and the development of new business lines. Piotr completed management studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and spatial economy at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, as well as an Executive MBA programme from Kozminski University.

    Marek Paczuski

    Senior Director Investment Services Poland, Colliers

    Senior Director in Investment Services department with over 20 years of transactional experience. Marek joined Colliers in 2023 and previously worked at real estate advisory firms Savills, Cushman and Wakefield, DTZ, Kind Sturge and as equity analyst at investment bank CA IB Securities. Marek graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with his master’s dissertation addressing the issue of operating and financial leasing as an alternative form of financing real estate in Poland. He also graduated from University of Reading/College of Estate Management obtaining Postgraduate Diploma in Property Investment. Marek was leading successful closings of numerous investment transactions (both buy-side and sell-side) across all main real estate asset classes with a cumulative volume in excess of €3 billion, including commercial advisory and underwriting for SIM on the acquisition of Galeria Katowicka (underlying asset value of €300m) and, among others, Galeria Sfera (€230m, Bielsko-Biała), JV to develop and exit from Avenida shopping centre (€230m, Poznań), BPH portfolio (€130m, mainly Warsaw), Plac Małachowskiego (ca. €90m, Warsaw), Sky Tower (€85m, Wrocław), Azora office portfolio - Green Office and Avatar (€80m, Kraków) Prosta Office Center (€70 m, Warsaw), Spark C (€60m, Warsaw), Harmony Office Centre (€60m, Warsaw), Fuzja (€55m, Łódź), Żerań Park II (€50m, Warsaw), Nobilis (€45m, Wrocław), Renaissance Tower (€32m, Warsaw), Ideal Idea II&III (€32m, Warsaw), Nordea Horizon (€30m, Warsaw) and more.     Managing Partner, Capital Park sp. z o.o.

    Chairman of Urban Land Institute in Poland since October 2023. Managing Partner and Vice President of the Board of Capital Park Group with over 20 years of professional experience in the real estate sector and with over 10 years experience in running of the company listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE:CPG). Played strategic roles in Capital Park since its formation in 2003, starting as CFO and then as Head of Investment Department since 2006. Within Management Board responsible for areas of strategic business development, M&A, joint ventures and finance areas. Took part in over 100 transactions involving properties all across Poland, secured over €700m in bank financing and raised over €100m in bonds and shares issues on Polish capital market. Local partner to leading Private Equity Real Estate fund managers such as Patron Capital Partners and Madison International Realty on Polish market. Developer of Norblin Factory in Warsaw - the winner of ULI European and Global Awards for Excellence in 2022. Before joining Capital Park - CFO in Communication One Group / Call Center Poland SA – a leading Polish call/contact center outsourcing group. Until 2001 worked as management and information systems consultant and project leader. Member of the REIT Poland Association, the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) and the Foundation for Education and Research on REITs. Interested in large scale sustainable urban development projects, mixed-use, premium residential, conversions, brownfield regeneration and revitalization projects.
